Wick-Quoting #20: Singers are NOT Actors

God damn, the people at Universal are stupider than I thought.  Who decided to put Rihanna in the film?  No wait, back up.  Who decided to base a movie on a FREAKING board game?  This is Battleship we’re talking about.  And to spend already 200 million on a film that isn’t even a sequel from a previous success?  It seems to me that Universal is just asking to get sunk.

And why, out of all the people out there, would Universal give Rihanna a role?  She’s a singer, not an actor.  It just seems so unfair for the people out there who actually are good actors.  Fair enough, I haven’t seen Rihanna act before, but I’m betting it ain’t gonna be pretty.

Guurrrrrrrrrl, just stick to the singing

Speaking about Rihanna, what kind of movie would want Chris Brown?  Seriously, after what happened between him and Rihanna, I’d think that Brown would be too controversial to be even considered in a movie.  I can’t even listen to his music anymore.  I ain’t supporting no woman beater.  So, for all you film noobs out there, do not go see Takers.  Unless, of course, you want to support a guy who beat his girl yet still has a career.

I agree with this post %100. Chris Brown should be striped of any title he’s ever won, and not be allowed to make any new shit.
